After Shipment:
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Payment or authorization issues
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Logistical or operational limitations

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 2 business days. In many cases we respond the same day. Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us and allowing us this response time may result in the dispute being contested using order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communication history, and proof of acceptance of these Terms.

Chargebacks submitted without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be disputed and denied by RV & Auto Parts. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith. Customers may be held responsible for losses resulting from chargebacks determined to be fraudulent.
