Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing or transit delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Ground Shipping (Contiguous United States)

Orders under $100: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout

Orders $100 and over: Free ground shipping on eligible items

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days
Oversize, freight, or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping.
Expedited Shipping

Availability and pricing are based on item size, weight, and destination.
Freight & Oversized Items
Some large or heavy items ship via freight service.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight or oversized items unless explicitly stated.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days after shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@rvautoparts.com with your order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

P.O. Box shipments are available only via USPS

Items must weigh less than 3 lbs and meet USPS size restrictions
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
