By placing an order with RV & Auto Parts, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscriptions +

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring deliveries and charges based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

  • Payment details are stored securely and billed automatically unless paid in advance
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the subscription term
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing cycle

Subscription cancellations made after a shipment has been processed or shipped will apply to future deliveries only.

Pre-Orders +

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is out of stock or not yet available.

  • Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout
  • If a partial payment or authorization is used, the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship

Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturer or supply-chain delays.

Pre-Order Cancellations +
  • Pre-orders with partial payment or deposits are non-cancelable prior to fulfillment
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • After delivery, returns or refunds may be requested in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy
Try Before You Buy +

For try-before-you-buy items:

  • Your payment method is authorized at checkout but not charged immediately
  • You are given a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item
  • If the item is not returned within the allowed timeframe, your payment method will be charged in full

Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment or shipment to be considered
  • Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed
