We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Requirements for an Approved Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item must include original packaging, manuals, and all included parts

Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice)
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

If we provide a return shipping label for convenience, the label cost may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Restocking Fees
Applicable Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs:

10% for unopened, unused, resellable items

15% for opened or handled items

Up to 20% for oversized, bulky, or special-handling items requiring additional inspection
Restocking Fee Exceptions
Restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from:

An incorrect item shipped by us

A verified defective or damaged item
Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund after inspection.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and result in additional fees.
Chargeback Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with RV & Auto Parts, you agree that:

You must attempt to resolve issues with us before initiating a chargeback

Chargebacks filed for orders that are in transit, delivered, or eligible for return may be disputed

Filing a chargeback does not override our Returns & Refunds Policy

Evidence Submitted to Payment Processors
In the event of a dispute, we may submit:

Order confirmation and payment records

Shipping confirmation and carrier delivery scans

Product descriptions, photos, and policy acceptance

Customer communication and support history
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Chargebacks
Chargebacks submitted for reasons including, but not limited to:

“Item not received” when tracking confirms delivery

“Unauthorized transaction” for orders placed by the cardholder

Failure to follow our return authorization process
may be contested and reported to the payment processor.
